This is it, a great opportunity to own your own 2ha block only a short drive to South West Rocks, Stuarts Point and midway between Kempsey and Macksville.

If you are looking to live the rural life with the convenience of town being close, then this could be it.

The bonus is the 3 bedroom brick home, shedding complex, a dam, and plenty of peace and quiet.

The home needs a little TLC, but there is plenty on offer with the shedding complex, established fruit trees, and wide open spaces.

Bring your dog, chooks, catch the ponies, the house cow and move in right on it.
