Situated in the main street of Cobargo is this one of a kind, architecturally designed commercial/residential property.

The township of Cobargo combines the skills and craft of a working village with a historic past, its streetscape featuring the many turn of the century buildings such as this one making Cobargo such an attraction for visitors.

Originally the Bank of New South Wales at the lower front of the building with the manager living at the back and utilising the 4 bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs.

With 1,900 sqm of land on two titles, it's simply the most central property.

This timeless property on prime location presents endless opportunities.

The fires of December 2019 unfortunately affected one corner of the building with Cobargo also suffering devastating losses in these black summer bushfires. The strong community bond and spirit continues to shine on, and the locals are welcoming visitors back to this bustling village once again. This close-knit rural community, one that was a self-sufficient village in the days preceding the motor car, remains resourceful, hardworking and welcoming today even in the face of so much adversity.

Cobargo is 30 minutes' drive from the main township of Bega and only 20 minutes' drive from beautiful Bermagui which hugs the edges of its spectacular harbour.
