Perfectly located next to The Japanese Garden and a stroll to the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), this large home with 7 bedrooms will suit a big family or the astute investor. Within a radius of 2km from here, there are also the conveniences of shopping centres, restaurants, cafes and recreational parks.
Originally a 3-bedroom home, the owner has added 4 more bedrooms on the lower level, with Council approval. The upper level comprises mainly an air-conditioned family area with an open plan kitchen / dining area and 3 bedrooms. There are also bathrooms on each level adding conveniences to the family.
Besides being suitable for a large family, there are options and potential for this property. You can convert the lower level to an Air BnB for passive income or to transform the lower level to a large rumpus or living area for the family to enjoy. The enormous sheltered outdoor area at the rear is functional for all year round entertainment and fun.
Positioned on a south-easterly aspect, the veranda on the upper level will be the perfect place for the morning coffee or the afternoon tea.
