Planchonella House is an award-winning one-off concept, designed by Jesse Bennett Architect. The structure and fixtures have been handcrafted and upon first approach the appeal will be instant for those astute buyers craving a home with soul.

Surrounded by lush heritage rainforest, this home has been designed and constructed utilising concrete profiles sympathetic to the contours of site ridgeline and ensuring minimal impact on the natural landscape.

Innovative open plan design embraces the concept of moveable walls that turn open spaces into functional rooms and an effortless flow between indoor and outdoors.

The rawness of the concrete is offset by rosewood timber window frames and fixtures to add natural warmth and texture to the abode.

Extensive use of frameless glass windows and doors allows un-obstructed views to be appreciated from every vantage point within the residence.

The grassed courtyard connects the home to the private pool area and surrounding rainforest.

Set on 4818m2, the residence enjoys city views and is positioned approximately 7km to Cairns CBD and Esplanade and approximately 5.8km to Domestic and International Airports.
