Life's a beach living in this prominent Forster location. Perfect for investors, holidaymakers and buyers looking for a neat and tidy new, executive townhouse.

Nestled in a boutique block of only four townhouses, this fully-secure, two level townhouse has a spacious layout, with an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area leading you outside to the sunny, spacious courtyard. An idyllic spot to relax at the end of the day with your drink of choice. A bright and airy well-proportioned kitchen, complete with dishwasher, will more than meet your cooking needs; equipped with quality appliances and loads of cupboard space. This level also has a fully self-contained laundry complete with third toilet that services the downstairs living space.

The second level of the property has three well-appointed bedrooms; the master bedroom features a beautifully finished ensuite and walk-in-robe. The other two bedrooms both have built-in-wardrobes. Servicing the bedrooms is the large family bathroom complete with outstanding finishes and a full size bath tub. This level also has a sitting area/office space perfect to work from home or as a second living space.

Rarely do new properties of this size present to the market within this tightly held location. Whether you're searching for an everyday beachside home, a low-maintenance investment property or a lucrative holiday home, this is the one.
