A perfect entry point to the property market, this original Duration cottage sits up on the high side of Musket Parade and has a pleasant outlook over town.

The floor plan offers 3 bedrooms, open plan living area with gas heater, original kitchenette and bathroom. There is a single garage with rear lane access and an extra storage shed/external laundry.
