Apartments at Fairway Park have a reputation for being solidly constructed, well maintained and, of course, in an ideal inner north location. Apartment 24 is the perfect opportunity to add a quality property in this complex to your investment portfolio and with a lease in place until April 2024 you can sit back and relax as you reap the rewards of a secure tenant and a guaranteed $375/week locked in until then.

With 61 square metres of living space (plus balcony) the apartment has two bedrooms with ample storage, a large open-plan kitchen with ceramic cooktop and large bathroom with a European-style laundry. Year round comfort is assured with split system reverse-cycle air conditioning,

Adding to the investment appeal is the location - where else could you be walking distance to the cafe's and restaurants of Dickson & Lyneham, the Southwell Park playing fields, National Hockey Centre, Canberra Tennis World, Next Gen gym or Yowani Country Club?

The light rail is also at your doorstep ready to take you directly to the City and you're only a short drive to the ANU or Canberra Uni.
