Located at the end of a cul-de-sac at the rear of a private, residential estate this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has a back gate to the reserve beyond and pathway meandering through rainforest and wetland directly to the sweeping sands of Mission Beach. An ideal spot for kids to play and explore in total safety.

The modest facade of this 6 year old home belies the generous proportions within. Open the impressively large front door and step into a 2 meter wide hallway that leads you through to an open plan living area with an entertainers kitchen at the rear. Cook up a storm on the 5 burner gas range and bake to perfection in the supersize oven with walk-in pantry to the side.

The master bedroom is off the living area and features a dual, walk-thru robe to an ensuite with double vanity and floating wall that hides the shower on one side and the wc on the other. A guest bedroom or office is next door. The other two bedrooms are situated in a separate wing off the front entry with main bathroom and toilet separating the two. On the other side of the hallway is a laundry room with loads of storage and a door through to the double lock up garage.

The home is fully tiled and air conditioned throughout.

Outback is a spacious tiled patio complete with power and TV point. It overlooks a wraparound, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room for a pool and "man size" shed and has vehicle access from both sides of the house.

This home is the complete package and priced to sell at below replacement cost.
