From the outside it looks like your normal solid block construction home sitting across from a park, but once you get inside this hidden gem really starts to shine.

Walking through the front door you hit the first of the two separate lounge areas. It's a good size for the home and with great sized windows and the exit onto the back patio, it allows an abundance natural light and breezes through to keep it cool and bright.

The private dining area flows generously to the renovated kitchen. A large fridge space allows for almost any size fridge, while the galaxy stone bench tops in this area really give it a classy feel and will never really age.

The second lounge area opens up to the rear patio area and fenced yard. This space is just perfect in the mornings because your private mango tree blocks the morning sun allowing for a very comfortable space.

The double remote access garage is honestly quite big. It even includes a complete workshop space that's unfortunately missing in a lot of the new builds we now see.

The home itself boasts 3 great sized bedrooms while the main has one of the best designed 2 way bathrooms I've seen in a long time and also includes a stone bench top vanity.

This is a great size home in good location, and right now I think it's cheaper to buy it than it is to rent.

It's ready to move into right now but you better get in quick, come and inspect today.
