This two bedroom cottage in sought after 'Old Tuross' is an easy, short walk to the main beaches and offers ocean views from the existing single level development, with excellent view opportunities from either a future two-storey development or a single storey development moved forward on the 1,113m2 block.

The cycleway/walkway is directly across the road offering an easy ride or walk to the local lakefront restaurants, and around to the beaches and shops.

Whether buying for immediate use as a weekender, or buying for future development potential, this is a very well-positioned property. A contour survey plan and draft indicative development sketch plans are available.
