Great Shed here with an original home, one that has much of its original character in place, one that will come up a treat with your elbow grease and effort. Original timber floors, high ceilings, VJ ceilings and walls. Some renovation has already been completed, the eastern wide sleepout has had a new hardwood timber floor installed and would make a good fourth bedroom or study. The original front verandah has been enclosed. However, you could take this back to its original form if you wish.

The Kitchen has been updated and has the surprise of the original wood stove tucked in the original stove recess here and it looks is alright order too; our lounge and living area also a good sized space with split system air conditioning and a near new slow combustion heater. The Bathroom is renovated, a good space, plus of course there is a separate toilet.

Our well constructed shed and carport here have power, lighting and work has been done to upgrade the power board on the residence. The property is fully secured with good fencing and the bonus of nice neighbours.

The images and floor plan tell the story of what is on offer here, well priced to our current market for your viewing and consideration. Please feel free to call me any day, any time to organise your viewing. Looking forward to sharing this property with you soon.
